PANCAKE BREAKFAST

 

The monthly Pancake Breakfast is held on the 3rd Sunday of every month (except during the summer Jun/Jul/Aug) from 8:00 am –12:00 pm. Please join us, meet your neighbors and feast on our “All You Can Eat” breakfast fare.  Adults are $8.00, Children 6-12 are $2.00, and Children under 5 are free.  If you have some free time to help with the breakfast, please call Ann Mullan, 410-799-3425

 

 

BUS TRIP TO ATLANTIC CITY

 

JIA will sponsor a bus trip to Atlantic City on 05 March 2011.  The bus will leave from the Hall at 7 A.M.  Approximate return time is 8:30 P.M.  Cost is $42 with each individual receiving a $30 voucher for the Showboat Casino.  For additional info, call Dana Herbert, 410-796-7999, or email ddherbert@maxinter.net

HOLIDAY CELEBRATION AND

TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY

 

The JIA Annual Holiday Celebration will be held on December 19th,  2010, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Hall.  There will be refreshments, caroling and a Christmas party for the children (infants to age 10).   Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available to greet the children and pose for pictures.  The event is free.  Please mark your calendars now and have a safe and enjoyable holiday season.  For additional information call Theresa Winkelmeyer, 410-707-8249.

 

COMMUNITY HOLIDAY

DECORATION CONTEST

 

Plan to take part in the holiday decoration contest.  So get out those lights, decorations and your holiday spirit!!  A panel of 3 judges will determine the winners in six categories:  Best Overall Theme (yard & house), Best Window, Best Door, Best Holiday Scene, Best Large and Small Display,  and 2  Honorable Mentions.  Judging will be held December 14-16 and the winners will be announced at the Community Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 19th  when prizes will be awarded.  For information call Dana Herbert 410-796-7999.

 

January General Membership Meeting

The January General Membership Meeting will be held on Monday, Jan 24, 2010 at 7:30 pm.  Election of officers will be held.  Refreshments will be served.
